Any plant material installed is guaranteed to be free from pest and diseases at installation. No plant material is guaranteed after initial installation. The customer is given proper instructions for care on all plants at the completion of the job. Understandably we cannot be responsible if the instructions are not followed or for any disease or pest that attack plants after installation.

Yes, we are licensed to do business in both Union And Mecklenburg Counties. The Horticulture Company is fully insured to cover any damage that may occur. A copy of insurance can be made available by request. The Horticulture Company is a proud member of the Better Business Bureau.

References for previous work can be made available upon request. If the customer wants to visit a past job of The Horticulture Company we only ask that permission be granted by property owner before the visit is to occur.
